“ Visited Miss Lily's with one of my friends on a Saturday for dinner as part of Restaurant Week. We missed our reservation unfortunately but there was luckily space at the bar. We got the 3 course meal for $45 and got the corn as an appetizer, red snapper as the main entree, and we both got our own coconut cake or banana pudding. The corn was really good. The red snapper was also pretty good but their gravy was a little on the liquid side. Would've preferred if it was thicker consistency but I put some of the rice in the gravy and it soaked it up and tasted good. I liked the coconut cake a lot and I don't even eat dessert like that. Not a fan of banana pudding at all so I'm a little biased and didn't like it. That rum punch was strong! The spot is super cozy. The bartender and the host was pretty nice. Overall I had a good experience. I definitely recommend! ”

“ An authentic experience. We came here for brunch and had such a great experience. Ambiance: Feels like a Caribbean diner. They play great music. The booth were comfortable to sit in and half are right by the window so it's nice to look out. Service: service was fast and efficient. Food also came out within reasonable time. Food: We got all the veggie options on the menu. The coconut pancakes were good but I think they needed more coconut. The coconut part felt like only the flakes on top so once those were gone you were just eating regular pancakes. The pancakes were nice and fluffy. We also got the jerk corn, it was so well flavored. Note, it comes on the cob. The jerk fries were good, the jerk seasoning was yummy but the fries felt a little average. We also got the vegetable roti. That was definitely the highlight of the meal. I loved the variety of vegetables in it and they were all well cooked. The curry was on point and the loved the texture of the roti. They have a great bottomless brunch deal, $25. We didn't try it this time but will definitely try next time. ”

“ My fiancée and daughter took me here for my birthday . It's a nice cozy spot . For appetizers we ordered the codfish fritters and jerk cork . For the mains I ordered the coconut pancakes and bacon which was pretty good . My daughter ordered the oxtail stew which she loved and fiancée ordered Jamaican Rancheros . We also ordered a pitcher of rum punch for the bottomless . The codfish fritters and curry sauce were exceptional , the jerk corn was good and the food was good . The rum punch was also good . The restaraunt also gave a free annoying for my birthday which was good . ”

“ I wasn't able to make a reservation via Resy, but they were super nice and helped me out on the phone. We had a friend's birthday dinner at Miss Lily's on a Monday and half of us had the Jerk Feast, which is Monday's special. You get AYCE jerk chicken and jerk ribs, along with rice & beans, and watermelon salad. The other half of us had the oxtail stew, which also comes with rice & beans. The oxtail was so good - super tender, it literally fell off the bone. Honestly, one of the best oxtail stews I've ever had. The jerk chicken was also super good - very moist. The cocktails were also delightful. I had their version of an espresso martini and it hit the spot. Service was very attentive and we were very well taken care of. ”

“ WOW, where do I begin!!! I think by now everyone knows that Miss Lily's is a 5/5!! Miss Lily's has been on my list for a while now and I've recently decided to give it a try. I'm blown away by just how delicious the food is and the vibes were vibin!! The staff was amazing and very friendly -- even when they needed to flip the tables they were very kind in letting us know that they needed the table. They were also very efficient. Highy recommend! The jerk chicken definitely did its thing. I also tried the Jerk ramen and maybe next time I will try not to be too adventurous. It was okay and not really memorable, but let me tell you.. I still think about the Jamaican curry shrimp!! That will be the dish that makes me return back to see Miss Lily! ”

The side street where the outside seating is was pretty quiet and not much foot traffic. I ordered the miss lily's world famous jerk chicken, and we also got the jerk ramen. The chicken definitely lived up to its name. The meat was tender and juicy, and well cooked. The mango chutney was sweet and thick and paired amazingly with the chicken. The rice and beans that came with it was also pretty good although a bit dry. I highly recommend the jerk chicken. The ramen was interesting, and not to my particular liking; it was definitely a different take to a classic ramen. ”
